Deposit Policy:
No reservation will be accepted or guaranteed, unless a valid credit card number, cardholders name and card expiry date are supplied at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy:
When confirmed reservations are cancelled inside 48 hours prior to intended date of stay, or when passengers fail to arrive, full cancellation charges will apply. All charges will be debited against the credit card number, as supplied at the time of the reservation was first made.
